Data user terms and agreements for ARCs mapping facilities

The quality and completeness of the data and online mapping facility cannot be 100% guaranteed. ARC strives to incorporate all valid data and updates the site continually. If data has not been provided to ARC or does not pass ARCs validility or verification process then ARC cannot submit the data via the online mapping facility, data search tools or sighting lists and download documents.

All users shall respect ARC`s restrictions of access to sensitive data with the identity of ownership of the data being retained by ARC with every record submitted. Restrictions will include prohibiting the knowledge of local endangered/ sensitive species, special habitats or rare artefacts.

This mapping facility is not for the use of commercial users, if you require further data or more in-depth review for any commercial purposes please contact ARC (see contact page).
